Restrictions for using Compliments Card in the marked stores are detailed below, The Compliments Card cannot be used towards payment of store cards and accounts, nor to purchase gift vouchers within stores:

The Compliments Card will need to have an available balance equivalent to the total cost of the meal plus 20%. This is to accommodate any service charge that could be added to your balance.

HMV can only process transactions from Cards that have Ł1 or more in credit over the purchase amount.

Compliments Card can be spent in UK hotels only.

Novotel

Compliments Card can be spent in UK hotels only.

Pizza Express
