Compliments Card - how it works

Welcome to Compliments Card! Compliments Card is an incentive gift card which has been loaded with an award value ready for you to spend – choose from millions of products in thousands of shopping, travel and leisure outlets around the UK.

Before you use your card it will need to be activated.

If you have received notification that your award provider has activated your card, then your card is ready to use.

If you have a card that requires activation, you will receive an activation code under separate cover and you simply need to go to the home page and click on the link ‘Activate your card’ .

Before you start spending, here are a few pointers:

Remember to sign your card straight away as it’s not a chip and pin card
You can use your card for full or part payment and you will be asked to sign a receipt to verify the transaction
Make sure you have enough cash on your card before you use it, otherwise the card will be declined
You can check your balance anytime online by clicking on the ‘Balance enquiry’ link on the home page – or alternatively call Customer Services on 01244 625 380
If you need to return goods you have purchased with your Compliments Card, the retailer will refund the amount on your card, providing it has not expired
