Using your Compliments Card online

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds on the card to purchase items, including any delivery charges. 
    You can check your balance online by clicking the following link: Balance enquiry.  Or alternatively you can call Customer Services on 01244 625380.  Online payments will be declined due to insufficient funds.  Some online retailers will accept part payment with another method of payment via telephone ordering, you will need to specify the card is a Maestro card; this is at the retailers' discretion.

 

  • Select items to purchase, and add them to your online basket or shopping cart.

 

  • Go to checkout.

 

  • Select Maestro or Solo debit card.

 

  • Enter card number as printed accross the front of the card.

 

  • Enter expiration date.

 

  • It is not necessary to enter a start date, but the issue number must be entered as shown on the card: e.g. either "1" or "01".

 

  • The CCV or security code is the last three digits found on the back of the card on the signature strip.

 

  • The cardholders name should be entered as shown on the card front, and billing address details should be entered the same as the delivery address.
